How do you mess up an assembly line this bad?

Ordered online; had to wait 30 minutes in the store past when my food was supposed to be ready. Chips were super stale and over salted. Portion size for the bowl was small. Customer service was meh. Problem with this place I think is the division between SU and residents of Syracuse city. Employees don't have a stake in the business as hourly workers and don't have the motivation to make good food for privileged uni students either.

Went to pick-up a doordash order. Store was very busy but my wait was not long.

I am a regular customer of Chipotle, but I have never encountered such an attitude, not when you come to order, you are kicked out of the store from that very moment, I ask you to take action with respect, your former customer from today

Food was tasty.... It took a lot of time to take the food...the food delivery orders were not handled good creating chaos..

ordered delivery. my bowl was half full, tons and tons of sour cream, veggies were missing and there was like no rice. tried calling but its all automated!!!! ridiculous
