Food was good as usual. Thanks to one special salesperson I had an enjoyable visit.

Food is always great, service not so much. Always expect to wait.

There always under staff food either cold by the time I get it or is the wrong order there always a wait to up to and hour or more

I ordered a large Mac n cheese, Got to the window and checked the bag(mind you yesterday I ordered 3 biscuits and only received 2) saw the mac n cheese half full and asked immediately for a refund or him to add more food. I was told they don't do refunds and I would have to come inside He then stated that they weigh the Mac n cheese(as a way to rip you off)I stated everywhere else fills the bowl. He became hostile and said he was the assistant manager and I need to come inside. I declined(knowingly I was going to get nowhere with a small simple unintelligent mind) I told him I was all set and will never come back. This place sucks and has the mentality of take it or leave it.....UTILIZING A NO REFUND POLICY TO RIP PEOPLE OF BECAUSE YOU SERVE HORRIBLE FOOD IS A REALLY BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS NEVER EAT HERE Go to Ms Prissy It's better ‼️

I ordered a combo box and a kids meal and the workers touched the food without gloves then proceeded to tell me it was okay because he washed his hands I then asked for a manager and a employee gave me my correct order but I when I got home and gave my kid the meal the fries were not in her kids meal this location is very unorganized and unprofessional I will be going to corporate.

Awesome food. Handled crowd well!!!
