Chipotle Mexican Grill

Arrive and they were out of queso, sour creme, tortillas... restaurant was very dirty. Multiple chairs broken. Disappointed. Won't return.

Dirty in store experience. Gross floors, broken chairs and benches. Ran out of a bunch of food. App always is crashing if you try drive thru. Time for management to clean this location up. This was not good.

Asked for extra rice to get told they don’t have enough to immediately watch a new tub of rice come in.

Went to this location tonight around 9. First of all they were out of bowls, so I got a burrito, I asked for double rice and the guy helping me gave me a death stare. Asks what kind of meat I want, I tell him chicken and gives me half a scoop of that I asked if I could get alittle more and he very rudely says that’s going to be extra. I don’t mind paying extra for DOUBLE chicken but I’m not paying double for a normal portion size. They were scrapping by with everything and to my knowledge they still had an hour left to be open so I don’t know why they wouldn’t have closed early at that point. All the employees seemed to be upset to be there the customer service was absolutely garbage. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but tonight I was definitely uncomfortable ordering with the staff.

I came in tonight after placing a 50$ order on the website. I walked in to pick it up was handed a bag (no cups for my drinks until i asked but fine). I check my order and notice half if it is missing. No gauc, no salsa and chips. I go back and the server just brushed it off saying “we’re out” they wouldn’t help me with a refund. I go home and find out that my bowls are also made with only rice, beans and the protein NONE of the other toppings. I understand if you were out of ingredients but you shouldn’t be taking orders AND you should tell your customers. Not just hand out rubbish orders and hope people don’t realize until they leave. It is very very disappointing. The process of getting my refund was terrible online. They tried to give me “free chips and gauc” instead of refunding. I will be avoiding chipotle from now on. This location is definitely one of the worse i have ever been to.

If you’re looking for bad service, low quality food, rude, incompetent employees, and bloody diarrhea; this is the place to be. There are a lot of reasons why this place has a lot of bad reviews. Won’t be coming back.
