Chipotle Mexican Grill

We got there at 9pm on a Thursday night, an hour before closing as it shows on their website they close at 10pm. As we were walking up to the door, one of the employees hurried and locked both doors when we were about to open them. There were still plenty of people inside eating. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Flew for 16 hours from south Africa. A place not known for its hygiene or service. When I walked into this Chipotle I was shocked at the filth. There wasn't an inch of flooring that was not covered in food! Same goes for the table and seating areas. No forks available. Half the drink dispensary were empty. It honestly looked like the inside of a club once the lights come on. You'd be better off eating on the streets in Africa. Actually it would feel like luxury in comparison.

It’s honestly pretty annoying when you drive 20 minutes from a different city just to come get chipotle for dinner and they closed early because “they are short staffed” without any notice. This is the second time this has happened to us!

The most beautiful Chipotle in the world due to its incredible views! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and obviously hard at work! I wish the Chipotles back in New Orleans were like this! Food tasted great.

With all of the places you can find all over Sedona to eat… this is the one place that is consistently delivering food that is good and delicious. They stick with the tried and true brand! Vegetarian options: You pick your base -bowl ( rice or lettuce or both) burrito rice and or lettuce- then your toppings- different bean selections , grilled peppers and onions, tomatoes, corn , guacamole, sour cream , cheese and salsa heat level. Parking: Parking on the side and at the back of the building in a parking lot

Never use the app here unless ur close, I ordered through app but it took 35-40 min to drive into Sedona because traffic is screwed right now. Called Chipotle to delay making my food and they said they would, but when I got there at the time I told them to make it, it was already done and cold by the time I got back home.

Stood in lane for 15 mins (25weeks hungry pregnant women). When I am at the food counter they say they ran out of everything we asked for. They should callout earlier or put the sign to let customer know they ran out of certain food.
