Chipotle Mexican Grill

Training is needed at this location. My burrito was overloaded with rice and barely any meat. The steak had a lot of fat, which I haven't experienced at Chipotle before. 3 green pepper sauce bottles were empty at the self serve counter and the food line wait was unusually long. The staff were friendly and apologized for the wait, but training could help improve the food and timeliness of service.

Avoid this particular chipotle! They will shorten you on the protein, I hate to pay money for a meal and walk away hungry. They are trained to carefully give you less and if you complain then they wanna up charge as if they are giving you extra. Lots of rice no protein, that’s how they serve you. I eat at Chipotle all over the country and only encounter this problem at a few; this one is the worst.

This restaurant was VERY VERY VERY FILTHY. Not sure what's going on but I did not feel good about the disheveled food on the serving line; food was everywhere. I could not eat my food because I was wondering what the back kitchen must look like if the front serving line was nasty like this. The dining area was not clean the soda machine had little bugs flying under the nozzles. The health department need to pay this 4th Street location a VISIT ASAP before someone becomes very ill. Dirty dining at its best.
