Subject: Complaint Regarding Missing Steak in Order at Chipotle Richmond To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Chipotle location in Richmond. I placed an order for two bowls with steak, but when I received my order, neither of the bowls contained any steak. This level of negligence and incompetence is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, I suspect that there may be foul play involved, as it seems highly unlikely that two separate orders would both be missing the main protein I specifically requested. I am inclined to believe that employees in the to-go line are intentionally omitting ingredients and pocketing them for their own gain, which is not only unethical but also damaging to your business's reputation. I demand that regional management thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to rectify this situation. Customers should not have to deal with dishonest practices and subpar service when patronizing your establishment. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue. Sincerely, Isaac
Portion sizes here are really small and not consistent with my experiences at other Chipotle’s in the recent past, and judging from the other reviews, it seems like many people think the same. I’ll be very hesitant to go back now because of this. I’d recommend going across the street to Thai Son for an amazing $13 vermicelli bowl instead.

I gave this location way too many chances to a point I’m so fed up. They are the MOST stingy location I’ve ever seen, this is what they called “I gave you already wayyy too much lettuce”. Also they got my order completely wrong, ordered steak got something else. I love chipotle but just DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! (Ps, the photo is untouched, YES WHEN I OPENED MY BOWL this is how much lettuce he gave me)
Portions are the smallest. They like to cheap out on giving you meat or anything at all. If you choose to go here, be ready to be disappointed.
