Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to love this place. The old staff were just very energetic and friendly. Now if I come in any later than 8:30 p.m. I get a look from almost everyone that I'm a nuisance. The time before this that I came in it was 9:30 and they told me that they were all out of burrito wraps. When I asked for a manager all the sudden they pulled out the burrito wraps and as it turned out they had cleaned the machine and didn't want to have to clean it again. I can understand saying that at 9:55 but 9:30??? That's just slack!! I MISS the staff from about 8 or 9 months ago. There is a young black woman who works a lot of evenings and she's always very nice and professional but pretty much everybody else is NOT!!

Just another overpriced chain restaurant that doesn’t impress. I recently experienced cold meat in my burrito here. The original Illegal Pete’s in Boulder Colorado, on which Chipotle is modeled after, continues to spectacularly serve their customers as part of the community. Horrible customer service! The ladies behind the counter are so rude and make you feel as if you owe them something. I asked for a cup to get water, and the lady made a big deal out of it as if I asked her for all her money!! We spent over $80 and she didn’t want to give me a cup for water! Managers at this location have to train their employees in customer service.

Worst unprofessional group on Friday night 12/15/2023. I'd be careful with their sanitation

Well I was not super impressed. I paid $3+ dollars for queso and they didn’t include it in our order. The food was fine, minus my missing queso. The entire place feels pretty overpriced, like $4.50 for a bottle of coke that you can get at a grocery store for half the price. $3+ to add guacamole. Like every is an expensive add on. This is more of a problem with Chipotle as an establishment and not necessarily just this store.

They do it every time this may spot the only chipotle I got to service great. Good looks delicious love it so much steak and veggie
