Chipotle Mexican Grill

My go to- fast but pretty healthy burrito bowls and chips/ fresh guacamole. Friendly staff- shout out to Rafael, he’s helpful and friendly. Grilled Chicken burrito bowl with fajitas are good, chicken does not have much fat on it. Clean, whenever I pick up, I see staff cleaning, sweeping mopping etc.

This chipotle SUCKS. Give you little to no guacamole and still charge you. When u get a kids meal they try and charge extra for things that are supposed to come with it. They forget my chips even when it comes with it. Stingy with serving portions even tho they charge you alot! Staff are unkind and unfriendly! Ugh so mad

Chipotle is amazing!

Overall, TERRIBLE experience! Deserving of zero stars. Staff was lazy and full of excuses. My online order was not ready for pick-up on time because "we have been very busy," according to the cashier. Absolutely, UNACCEPTABLE reason for an online order of 2 items not to be ready after 40 minutes! The order was placed at 5:50 pm for a 6:30 pm pickup. Clearly, the staff has not been trained in efficient fast food preparation in an assembly line operation. I was also not the only one waiting for an online pick-up that night. We all watched online order tags go completely ignored while walk-in orders were being taken and filled swiftly. Additionally, the store was dirty. Meat was overly salted, and chips were stale. Trash service and trash food!
