Chipotle Mexican Grill

One girl worker was extremely rude to me and my family last Saturday night and was being really cheap with the food. Constantly rolled her eyes and gave us attitude when we did nothing but order our food. Need better staff asap.

This is where mediocre food meets Tio Papi's anger. Ay Caramba! Food prep service was fast for my Bowl (3 stars for food) but when it came to the cashier, cashier was more engrossed with chatting with coworkers about something. The food expediter was in an awkward position and kept looking back at the cashier to come back to the cash register to check people out,,,,,several times. Not good on the TEAM perspective. On another note, my side order of nacho chips were super salty.......way beyond wanting a drink of pop or juice to wash that salt down ! It canceled out the lime flavor that they advertise. I rarely order chips from Chipotle but this time I wanted to have some with my Bowl. Maybe someone spilled some of the salt on the chips? If so, then quality control issue, if not then someone needs to look at tweaking the recipe. Don't really need a lot of salt on chips though, at least not at Tio Papi's place. I've been here other times and things were better... Parking: Plenty of parking but beware that there is another way to go around the store to an alternate way to the same exit.

I have ordered through door dash from this particular restaurant twice, as it is the number one recommended in my area. I ordered extra chicken on both separate occasions. Both times, the bowl was about empty to say the least. For the amount you pay, I would not recommend this restaurant, in this particular area, to anyone. You might as well just not order chicken at all. Let alone extra. Chipotle, really??

Generous portion size.

The workers were rude. They were very obviously annoyed that we were even there in the first place. They completely ripped us off with portions. They threw everything together unevenly. They literally threw our bowls and burritos in the bag angrily before hastily ringing us out. The amount we paid for this food was unacceptable. I see why they have such few stars on their google reviews. I paid $14 for a half-filled burrito bowl that looks/tastes like it was thrown together by a child. Save your money and order from the other various Mexican restaurant. For $14, you can get an enormous burrito from a nearby Mexican restaurant in Olmsted falls that is way better than what they serve here. No wonder Chipotle has such a bad reputation.
