Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worker lady complains and made a big deal to not even use the restroom when it was unlocked and open. She’s probably traumatized for cleaning number 2s but I only used it for an emergency pee and hand washing. I could not hold in my pee and went to use it. And then when I got out she made a big deal of it. Girl had attitude to me and my whole basketball team for no reason like we get that you don’t get paid enough but doesn’t mean to take out your anger out on me. Customer are always right… She hurt my feelings and I felt so embarrassed after that…

For a chain I’ve always like chipotle as a relatively healthy option. My experience today at this location was worth writing a review for, greeted immediately upon walking in, place was spotless, ordered food and checked out within 3 min of arrival and staff were super friendly.

Rude customer service. I walked in shortly after opening and the guacamole wasn't ready. I asked how long it was going to take and she shrugged me off. When the guacamole was ready she didn't even bother giving me the heads up. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Made me feel like a complete inconvenience. To add insult to injury, the food was horrible.

Comida bien preparada, lugar limpio, atención al cliente muuuuuy mala no te puedo dar nombres porque no lo traen puesto en sus uniformes sugerencia que le pongan el nombre al uniforme ya que no todos son malos en la atención.

I had no problem picking up my order in a timely manner and the lady who gave it was nice

The portions of the protein are smaller than any other Chipotle I’ve been too, The last time I went they didn’t close the bowl container my food ended up on the floor because the bag was soaked, I love chipotle they need to pay attention to detail because is not cheap.

This has to be the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms were filthy. If I’d gone to the bathroom first I wouldn’t have eaten there. No guacamole, ran out of queso, veggies looked a little old, total disappointment. We arrived about 9:40pm and everything was clean and people were still walking in. Not good for business.
