Chipotle Mexican Grill

Fast service, good portion, good price...

I used to work here and this store is just a joke. Terrible service, dirty workstations, etc. Just go to West Nyack if you want some good Chipotle.

Really dirty !! I found a bone in my chicken as well as my rice being old :( I had to throw out 15 dollars worth of food

We love Chipotle restaurants but this one in Nanuet was FILTHY. ✓There was garbage all over the floors, the previously used tables were dirty, the bathrooms were a mess and the counters and floors where the employees were making the food were littered with excess food and garbage. I noticed a customer dropped several straws on the floor and two employees went to that area to get a drink and neither of them bothered to pick up the straws or any of the other garbage items on the floor in that area. Sadly, it's like they're used to working in that level of mess. ✓The windows of the doors to enter and exit were filthy with handprints and other marks smeared all over the glass, doesn't look like they had been cleaned in quite a while. ✓The bathrooms didn't smell clean and they're was garbage and toilet paper all over the floors, as well as fluids in the floor all around the toilets, neither bathroom appeared to have been cleaned recently. ✓The tables and bar tops had remnants of previous customers' food and garbage all over them and one bar top had a drink and notebook and other papers all over the surface, preventing customers from sitting down to eat, no customer had sat there during our visit, so maybe this belonged to the manager? ✓The food prep area was littered with excess chopped food all over the counters and on the floor while employees worked to prep the food and serve customers. What a fall/tripping hazard these loose/disposed of food items are! I don't say this to bash the employees, but rather to bring this to the attention of the manager and franchise owner so that the employees can be trained properly on (and use) proper cleaning protocols. The problem with what we saw is it raises the concern about the overall safety of food handling and storage of the entire facility, not just the parts that can be seen by the public. No one likes to dine in dirty establishments so I hope things change at this location sooner than later.

Always running out of meat. Cheap on lettuce for the salad. People standing around doing nothing . Girl at register was nice but clearly no one who works there knows how to run the business

Seriously disappointed in my local chipotle!! The quality of the food has seriously decreased since they originally opened. First off, the food is always icy cold!! It’s very rare to get a warm/hot bowl. The chicken & steak is also sometimes so tough and old that I can’t even chew through it!!! I have to spit it out. I’ve been given bowls where the rice is in chunks like rice balls. And let me tell you!!! Forget about ordering online for delivery!!! THEY GIVE YOU SCRAPS. They won’t fill the bowl up when you get it delivered. IVE GIVEN THIS CHIPOTLE MANYYYY CHANCES, BUT IM FINALLY DONE. YOU WONT GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. THIS IS SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING. THIS CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!! IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS “ESTABLISHMENT”
