Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just want to give credit where credit is due! All the kids working at chipotle around 5:30 were great! It was really busy and they ALL worked together as a team and made things flow smoothly without getting overwhelmed or stressed out! Awesome job to them all!

Wait for Rice Bowl was very long. Far too much lime in the cilantro rice at this location. It makes the entire Rice Bowl taste less than satisfying

Terrible customer service. Employees are very rude and not helpful at all. Very unclean, they take their glove they pickup food with and wipe the counter with it which it nasty.Very stingy with the portions of food even when you ask for extra and they catch attitudes with you. Would not recommend this location.

Walked in 11:53, nobody in line 4 girls talking by register 1 by grill, waited, finally after she is finished with her conversation she walks over and takes my order. Had a bowl rice n beans and steak. I can see now why restaurant was empty at lunch time . Service was slow, food terrible Steak all gristle .

Placed an online order for pickup. Arrived at location to find out that my food was not ready. Received my order 30 minutes after the requested time. Unacceptable.

Great food, nice portions, & great service from the workers!! ☝
