The person making my bowl moved like a turtle i believe he had to put an effort in to move that slow . Worst than watching someone move that slow was the fact; he barely wanted to give me any food... he crossed the line when he tried to gave me a little bit of guacamole that's when I knew I was writing a review... it's bad enough I had to ask him to put more of everything rice, tomatoes, corn etc... but something I pay extra for (guacamole) is ridiculous....The guy ahead of me ordered green peppers and he actually gave him 2 lol and the guy had to request more and he gave him 2 more...
A great place with great customer service
I walk in to this store all the time and normally the service,portions and food are good. But I decided to order online and was extremely disappointed . I paid for extra chicken and it looked like I barley had the full original portion. Then I got chips and guacamole and the guacamole was horrible it tasted like nothing but mushed alvacdo with nothing in it no sault no lime juice nothing. I understand everybody has off days but to mess up 2 things in the same order that was just a bowl and chips is crazy.
Had brunch there. You can't go wrong with Chipotle! Vegetarian options: They have meat free options. Dietary restrictions: They ensure to let you know what is spicy, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Just ask. Parking: We had plenty of places to park, even when it was close to noon. Kid-friendliness: Kids should love this place. It is a great environment with plenty of space. Wheelchair accessibility: They have everything you need to get in and out easily. No worries in that department.
Waited for a pick up for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by a staff member. Once she acknowledged I was there she reached over and hand me the food that had been sitting there the whole time.
This place gave me a food poison two weeks ago, the stuff they keep the black beans is dirty and disgusting, the lady that works specials pregnant one don’t care a bit, not wearing gloves, whatever that drops puts back in the bowl ugh, they should rethink about employee of that kind intentions
delivery disappointment. apparently you need to be there in person to babysit if you want your order to be correct or even halfway DECENT for that matter lol. 2 errors in one little order i mean really how hard can it be? i’ve worked at a chipotle myself so you don’t need to answer that :) no queso at all when i ordered a large, had to be refunded. second problem was my bad for thinking they’d be capable of assuming that if i only chose rice and sour cream for 2 out 3 sides, i probably wanted rice for two but clearly they don’t give that option. so an empty side lmao. no utensils, requested. thanks chipotle, just for that i’d never visit here in person either. :P
