Chipotle Mexican Grill

2 people in line and every table is filthy in the empty restaurant. Outside has tons of bird poop on the table which looks like they have been cleaned in days if not week. Clearly not rush and busy. Chipotle is sadly going down hill everywhere.

Is there something wrong with this particular store? They're skimpy with the ingredients if you're not standing right in front of them. We online ordered two chicken burrito bowls and they were bland. The chicken was practically non-existent and the corn salsa had no spice at all. My daughter said, "After that, I'd be fine not having Chipotle anymore." My husband brought home an order from the Kenwood store later that day and gave me a bite. It tasted delicious.

I had my bowl door dashed to me, the rice was crunchy and tasted days old. The chicken had nothing but hard parts in it. I also ordered extra chicken and seemed to get less the the “normal” amount of chicken. $28 for horrible food..

Second time I've ordered online and waited over 30 minutes for my food (past the promised time). I don't know what's going wrong, but someone needs to fix it

It's not just a tik Tok trend , the portions are cut in half and prices are more expensive than ever This particular location is always out of one of the two kinds of rice but is literally never busy and their staff are spending more time on their phones and sitting in a huddle than cleaning or restocking anything The girl literally used two fingers to pinch the cheese on the bowls

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Out of chips, lettuce and queso. Dirty, food prep area dirty, trash area hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Bathroom dirty. They had several walk out after food started. They were telling people they were out of items when they came in. And shorthanded. Won't be back.

Bird poop covered the front door. BOH would cite or close for that. Payment system not working resulting in long wait and line. Dirty tables. Overflowing trash cans and no forks available. While employee stood and talked to a friend. Oh and very small and cold serving of bowl. BAD.
