Chipotle Mexican Grill

The worst Chipotle ever Food it was very bad also in the rice I found a fly And the service was very bad no recommendations tried to avoid this location

They don’t follow instructions properly and I’m also left with way more rice than protein and it just doesn’t taste good. MY CHIPOTLE DAYS ARE DONE!!!!!

THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS AN ISSUE. THEY ARE EITHER OUT OF COINS, OUT OF RICE, OUT OF MEAT, OUT OF GUAC, OUT OF LETTUCE. OUT OF SOMETHING. ITS VERY DISHEARTENING WHEN THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION WITHIN 30 MILES. THEY NEVER UPDATE CUSTOMERS AND WILL LET YOU STAND ON A LONG LINE JUST TO FIND OUT THE ONE THING YOU CAME FOR IS OUT OF STOCK. THE SODA MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN OR ICE NOT DISPENSING, ITS RIDICULOUS. THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE ANYTHING BUT FRIENDLY AND WILL GIVE YOU HALF OF A HALF OF A PORTION OF FOOD AND CATCH AN ATTITUDE WHEN YOU CORRECT THEM ON THE TYPE OF BOWL YOU HAVE, SO THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE.

Food is cold when ordered through the app. Something is always missing . The people are nasty, they have attitudes constantly. And the staff is very dismissive and clearly unhappy

Bryan / Brian went above and beyond, he is exceptional and so charismatic and kind! We tried to place a delivery order on the app and it kept cancelling it- I called and he advised us that they actually don't do delivery - the app sends it to a third party app and then declines it. He apologized for the inconvenience but it was all good, we appreciated the information (and getting to talk to a person!). We placed it as a pick up and went to pick up the order and when I went to leave the bag broke and two of the items fell out and hit the ground. No one came to help me and then all of a sudden he was there helping and said they'd remake the whole order (6+ items). I told him no no that would be a waste of all of the food, only two things touched the floor. He was so kind and quick to act, even offering to do the whole order over again. Absolutely phenomenal service from him- thank you!!!!

Better than Utica NY by far, these guys know how to put a fork in my bag

This place literally has gotten so much worse different staff every week. Tonights encounter ticked me off. They tossed a whole bowl full of rice and steak into the garbage because a new worker heard me say half chicken and half steak and they said the new employee added double meat so told me i have to pay double or they can make it over. Smfh this place is ran by idiots.
