Chipotle Mexican Grill

SKETCHY LOCATION!! Beware!!! I visited here with my parents about a month ago. We dined in and while eating, an employee approached us to tell us our transaction never went through. She re-rang up the order and had my dad pay again. We were definitely suspicious because why would the transaction print the receipt if it never went through? We tracked the credit card statement and saw we were indeed charged twice. I also got the reward points for both transactions meaning it did go through the first time. We had to dispute it with the bank. If this happens to you, do not let them ring you up again and just leave the restaurant. I also got charged for the vinegarette here on another occasion which is ridiculous. The staff is rude and the trash is ALWAYS full to the brim. Just beware if you eat here! Love Chipotle, but not this location.

Avoid this location at all cost. Customer Service here is a joke. The workers act as if you’re bothering them for ordering, and the language used is offensive. The young man who rang me up was upset with one of his co-workers. He proceeded to call his co-worker racial slurs multiple times and was cursing/speaking as if I wasn’t right there. It was surreal. Horrible. They are ALWAYS out of food. Specifically, white rice and chips, hours before they close. Go anywhere but this Chipotle.

Worst batch of workers i seen in a 20 by 20 room. None of them work and just laugh and when u wanna order food they look at u and just go to the back to chat. Than they give u portions not even a starving child would be happy to recieve. The dude with the glasses is the worst. I spend 20 bucks for a bowl just to get average portions. The manager needs to fire some people or just give them a talk. Place is always dirty and they give u direspect when u ask them to give u spoons and napkins since it’s never restocked. If I could I’d give a zero stars

My girlfriend comes in today to pick up her order. She checks the bag because THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT, and today was no different, they ran out of chips and this guy was trying to help her. But then this woman chimes in and pretty much yells at her saying they were out, sounds like it's the white girl EVERYBODY else is talking about who can't seem to respect customers. For Christ's sake, it's always something with this one. PLEASE AVOID!!! Go to pancheros in media if you can they never miss and they're cheaper

Chipotle encourages their customers to use mobile pick up, but yet the staff constantly messes the order up. We were missing an entire entree when we got home tonight. The staff here does not care.

I honestly feel bad for the workers here, they are all so nice and work efficiently as they can, but the customers that come in are ruthless! On a weekend I would say be patient as you can, order 30 minutes ahead and you’ll be okay. Bowls are normally stacked and lovely. Thanks for all your hard work!

It's a shame this place used to be good. The staff here frequently make mistakes and OBVIOUSLY want to be doing anything other than working at this Chipotle. I frequently travel twice as far to the Springfield location instead. When I don't I usually rue my decision. Food is still fine, when they have it. 5PM NO WHITE RICE. Last night will be my final trip here. Trust me, go elsewhere.

white girl with the tattoos was lazy to wash the white rice at 7pm. Mind u the place closes at 10. Unprofessional and this literally happens every time I go there. It’s not only her but the other employees. In there minds the place closes at 6pm so watever is there is there. They also rarely wear gloves and disrespect the customers with their service!
