Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle is such trash

They are supposed to be open at 10:45 am we got there before that and workers came in at 10:45 am. They didn't open the doors until 11 am by then they lost about 5 customers who tried to open the doors. We were just about to leave when they finally opened. Then the server wasn't listening to what we wanted and had to repeat what I wanted about 3 times for each item. And I didn't say anything about beans and she put them in without my confirming if I wanted any. So today NOT a good experience. Usually a whole lot better. Different workers than usual today also

Every time we visit this location there are issues. This visit we ordered online on the way home and picked it up. They did not have the watermelon drink but they didn’t give us a refund. They did not have chips, which again we paid for, so they gave us 3 mini chip bags. We get home and they had written on my order “no pico I’m sorry” There’s always something at this location and I’m always reminded why we don’t frequent.

The line is always very long. The food is good. But the steak is an extra and so is guacamole.

Hardly a meal..

Food is extremely salty

I always come in with the same double wrapped burrito. The people working always give me a wonderful attitude. Love it when i come here on my breaks
