Customer service was very rude
I recently visited your Chipotle location around 8:00 PM on Thursday night and observed an interaction that left me feeling uncomfortable. It seemed like a manager or someone in a leadership role was being quite harsh to an associate who was struggling to understand a situation. It was disheartening to see, as we all have moments where we need a little extra help or patience. I believe that everyone deserves to work in an environment where they can learn and grow without fear of being reprimanded in front of customers. I hope that in the future, the management can handle such situations with more compassion and understanding, creating a positive atmosphere not only for the employees but for the customers as well.
I love Chipotle but I will never come to this one again. It was of peak time, 3pm employees were standing around LOUDLY joking with each other, it sounded like a big party in the back while I couldn't find a clean table to sit at, I was 1 of 3 people in the place. It's a very dirty restaurant. Come in people, get it together, have some pride.
Quality and quantity has gone down over the years. They give about half the portion of other Chipotle I've been to. Their chips are sometimes overcooked/too salty.
The blonde girl at the cashier was super friendly and giddy I loved it. I was originally disappointed that they charge extra for vinegrette (they charge a whole side but still only give half in the cup) but the cashiers energy made me get over it.
I'm giving a low rating for their terrible phone service! I tried calling tonight just to ask if they served whole wheat tortillas. I had to deal with their stupid automated answering service that can't understand a thing. FINALLY I got through after about 3 times of telling the automated system I DIDN'T WANT TO ORDER! The phone rang many times then said the voice box was too full for a message. Based on that experience AND reading all the other bad reviews I think I'll skip this place.
This Chipotle is nasty and toxic. It has different rules than all of the other Chipotle, including charging for things that no other Chipotle charges for. I was also accused of stealing a side mild salsa when it wasn’t included in my bag. The workers here are crazy.
I normally don’t write reviews, and I’ve worked in customer service most my life so I don’t like to be that person… but the 2 girls working tonight had some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a while. No one greeted me for at least 3 mins (I was the only customer in line) and they were right in front me just casually wiping things down and talking to each other. They acted like I didn’t exist, except to finally take my order. And to top it all off they put the last bits of watery soggy lettuce from the bottom of the bin on my delicious bowl. It was a sad day at Chipotle
