This location has really went downhill. I used to rave about how nice this location was from the service, food quality, and serving size. Lately the online orders have been incorrect dispite having the correct name on the label. My husband went to pick up an order and was met with extremely rude employees. We tried again on another day and again hostile and rude employees. Don't bother asking for salad dressing as the employees get very upset at the request.
Placed a mobile order and sent my husband to go get it. Upon opening the orders, both bowls we ordered were completely incorrect despite having the order stickers on the top. Both bowls were missing items and had items that were not requested on them. Looking a little closer, the sticker on my husband’s bowl was placed over top of another sticker with another person’s name on it. This has happened multiple times, and it’s such a waste of our time and $40. If you try to call and speak to someone regarding the issue, the phone rings until you hit a voicemail box that is full. The ingredients are lacking as well. There have been multiple times we’ve received guacamole that is just large chunks of avocado in a cup. The quality of this location has definitely declined in recent years, which has been confirmed when visiting other locations nearby. Will definitely be reconsidering visiting this location in the future.
I am writing a review about the chipotle location in California Md. Due to the amount of food given for the price is ridiculous. Every time I order a bowl I receive plenty of rice and toppings versus meats. I just left the restaurant got home to open my bowl and see that I was given only a couple pieces of chicken with a bowl full of rice and toppings. This will be my last time at chipotle. This has happened to me before and I decided to give them another chance but to happen a second time compared to other locations has enlightened never to return to that location. For all who go to this location please be aware of what you get for the price that you pay.

I've had repeated incorrect orders for pickup at this location. Paid almost 40 bucks today for 2 bowls with chips .. ordered carnitas on one and steak on the other. Also ordered a side of queso. Carnitas bowl came with chicken and queso on the actual bowl. My steak bowl came with carnitas. Thought maybe we ordered incorrectly but both stickers on our bowls showed what we correctly ordered. Tried to call the store instead of leaving a review but it was automated and eventually took me to a voice-mail with no storage left. Update: Ordered here again on 2/11, left half of my order out of the bag. Again tried to call the store with no answer and voicemail is full. Don't waste your money here on store pickup, especially if you want a refund. I've never received a refund on anything or a response from owners.
Every time I place an order there is something missing. This is the fourth time I've paid for two bags of chips and gotten none. They are too far away for me to drive back and correct. 10 dollars wasted. Their automated system is trash and will run you around in circles. Enjoy that free 10 dollars because I will never be back.
