I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and portion sizes at the Chipotle store located at 508 US-27, Lady Lake, FL 32159. During my recent visit, I felt unwelcome due to the staff's attitude, and I received significantly smaller portions than usual. Additionally, when my girlfriend ordered a side of barbacoa to supplement the small portions, he was charged an excessive amount for what should have been a modest serving. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take necessary actions to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and receive appropriate portion sizes.

Good food but staff not friendly. Greeting customers as they enter would be nice. Third time using this location. Same story, no hello when placing order and no thank you after paying. Done with this location.
