Chipotle Mexican Grill

I order from this location often and it’s very hit or miss. The Chipotle in Kyle needs to do better but this is what you can expect from a liberal company with liberal management running it’s store.

Quick in and out. Fast service with fresh food.

The restaurant was dirty……Like very dirty. It also smelled like a bathroom in there. Employees are rude and they are stingy with the portions. Don’t waste your time or money.

I went in to get some chips in caso and was surprised on the size of the container. What they call large look like a small definitely not enough for two people. The atmosphere was so so and the trash hadn't been taken out in a while so it looked dirty. I won't be going back to this location. At least not for me or my family.

I am never one to write a review however I’ve been to this location 3-4 times and have always had bad service. My husband and I are vegetarian therefore grilled veggies are the only option to add in place of meat or sofritas (and neither of us are a fan of it), they never had veggies available for us to add to our bowls. And to make matters worse my husband once got sofritas and asked could he add gauc free of charge since there are no veggies available and the girl rudely declined. Another time they were out of guac and spicy red sauce with barely any veggies. They never give us the receipt either. The location is poorly managed and majority of the workers are pretty rude. Extreme lack of customer service. Vegetarian options: They never really have any of the option available.

I ordered online an hour before closing, when I went to pick up my ordered I found a note on the receipt saying they were out of 6 out of the 9 items I ordered for the bowls and burrito. It would have been nice if they messaged to ask if I still wanted my order. Or to change it. I paid around 48 dollars and when I went to call them to ask for a refund at least for the missing items. There was no pick up and it directed me to speak to the AI. I did and all it was able to accomplish was free sides. 3 guac and 1 queso. Today I decided to order again from there and redeem the items and I can only select one side. When attempting to place order it says that the free side is not allowed with my order. I changed the guac and selected queso and same respond. This is ridiculous!! I am extremely angry and disappointed. Chipotle was my one of my go to place. Not anymore and I will let others know so they won’t have a similar experience.

I’m an ex-employee from this location and can confidently say it’s not worth the drive, money, or time, literally read the one star reviews and you can see why. Don’t apply here. I should’ve known not to apply when I had 2 coworkers from a different job tell me that they used to work for Chipotle and hated it. The management is poor and laughable. One of the bathrooms went WEEKS without being fixed because the GM didn’t know where the plunger was and never cared to order a new one. It’s almost literally ran by some of the rudest highschoolers you will ever come across. They don’t have any accountability or respect for people they don’t go to school with. And “they opened the store” so clearly they know better. This store is easily the worst job I’ve ever had because of the environment. And the food is always mediocre at best. The meat always has fat on it or the lettuce is wilted or the rice wasn’t cooked long enough, same with the beans, so it’s all hard. Yeah, cool for getting it for free while working there, but it’s honestly the only good part about that job. All the reviews are true. The food is bad, the store is constantly filthy, and almost every single employee is rude not only to customers but to their coworkers as well. I read the most current one-star reviews of this store when I need a good laugh. Do better, get better management and an all new crew, or just close the damn building, it’s not worth the money loss.

Dish washers and back kitchen staff blaring inappropriate music so not only do you have the loud store music but you have there’s blasting over it I could not hear my self speak of the young lady trying to take my order super frustrated the food was dry and the rice was hard not coming back

Tables were dirty so couldn’t find a area to eat and there putting too much onions and cilantro in the avocado wish they had avocado w/out cilantro and onions
