Chipotle Mexican Grill

I felt like I was in a communist country with the rations they gave me. I wanted a meal not a little snack for $13. Please tell me why it’s such a problem to give me another scoop of rice when you can’t even fill the bottom of the bowl with it.

I order from here weekly ($40) until tonight. Last week, I got to drive thru and they didn't bother to make my order I submitted through app 52 mins before they closed. They quickly made the wrong order and gave it to me. Correct order made on second try hastily with poor appeal. No discount or free items offered while I waited 15 minutes. Tonight I arrive at drive up 1 minute after they close and am told my food has been thrown away? Same worker even commented to coworker "it's the guy from last time" before informing me. You can remember you screwed up my order before but cant remember hey this same order comes in every week I can hold it 5 minutes longer? Don't worry you won't have to remember me or my order ever again.

It’s chipotle. Ingredients keep getting worse, prices keep getting higher.

This is the best Chipotle in the Stow/Kent area! I will always go out of my way to come to this one.

Ordered online, went through the drive through. They took longer then expected and only gave me half my order. I did reach out to customer service and was compensated.

i love getting chipotle here. they always have FAJITAS omg i love how they are always like replenishing them! i go here once a week usually and 90% of the time its always perfect. love to go here!

Very fast paced chipotle lots of university customers

Usually I get awesome customer service but this one girl just horrible customer service. Worst attitude i’ve ever seen. She’s gotta get fired right now but the other workers are the best except that one girl
