they forgot the guacamole (that i have to pay $3.45 extra for) EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. then i have to report it to doordash and get a refund. EVERY TIME. it’s also impossible to get through to a human being when you call.
The female employee was cleaning when I arrived to pick up my order which was supposed to be ready at 7:30. Two orders were in front of me and she proceeded to clean instead of helping her coworker prepare the meals. She cleaned for another 10 minutes before helping him out at which point he had multiple counter walk-ins, and served multiple people before making the to go orders. Once she started to help, she expressed her upset that there were orders and people coming in at 7:30 PM. She dropped the pizza cutter in the trash that she was cutting quesadilla with it in the back, rinsed it, and came back and used it. She was in the back she was complaining to the cook That there were customers. He told her she should know how evenings go. She proceeded to put the food together Complaining and shaking her head the whole time. There were two more orders after that were also waiting along time. In total, I waited 30 minutes for my order, 20 of which I stood there as they did everything else besides prepare my meal.
I’ve been going to this location for years with no issues until this “spring” manager started working there she has got my order wrong a few times and tried to over charge me a few times when i corrected her a few times on the total of the order and what have been actually ordered rather than what she inputs in to get a different total she seemed angry and ever since than every time i go in she interferes with the employee thats making my order and starts side talking about the times she got my orders wrong. I have went in today to place an order and she continued to do the same thing as i was approaching the register to pay i stated that i never said anything to her about the situation because i didn’t want to hurt her feelings and that i never have an issue at the restaurant unless she is there, she the only one that makes “mistakes” on the register and food handling, she continued to call me an asshole and tell me to leave the restaurant and not come back, i have filled a report against her and the manager that sided with her (sunny). This is unacceptable and i will be filing a report with the BBB after this review i will make sure they don’t get any business from me or my employees ever again at this location.
Had a business order online for about 7-8 people, they skimped on portions on all of our burritos/tacos. We all get food from here daily everyday
I never do this, but I’ve never had a good experience here. The store is absolutely filthy, bad service and multiple times now I’ve been missing items from my order, called about it and never got an answer. As a restaurant manager, I cannot believe this is even acceptable. Super embarrassing
Service was very slow, they ran out of everything, my steak was cold and their was not a clean table in the restaurant. Disgusting and a huge disappointment.
Went in to get dinner and got mushy dry black bean paste in my bowl, and full leaves of cilantro. when asked why they were like that was told “I don’t know, I didn’t make them”
Not sure if it’s just my luck or what, but a good 50% of the time I come here there’s a line of people and absolutely no one working the counter. Today, there were four people waiting when I came in around 2pm. One employee on break (understandable) and at least two in the back cleaning and doing their best to avoid eye contact with the five customers waiting in line. Asked the folks in front of me how long they had been waiting… about five minutes. I instantly walked out… this place is either understaffed, poorly managed, or most likely both.
The food is totally hit and miss (when you can actually get it). Occasionally it’s great… Sometimes it’s the usual five pieces of chicken… and quite often the veggies have enough salt on them to make your eyes water. The food is, overall, extremely inconsistent.
