I attempted to place a catering order with just 21 hours advance notice instead of the required 24 hours. I called their catering line and was told of the 24 hour requirement and when I asked if I could place smaller individual orders, the representative hung up on me. Customer service at its finest!
We ordered and they did not cancel the order when they didn’t have the items. And then the food they did have they made wrong. Offered us free chips and salsa that expired that same night. Phone line also does not work. A pretty disappointing experience.
The crew at this franchise do an excellent job. Best of the Pittsburgh area franchises.
Order was $18 and get charged $30 and they can't do anything about it? Thieves
The place was packed when we got there. We didn't have to wait very long at all considering they were slammed. I think it was the dinner rush. The line went quick and the food was perfect. The staff was amazing & fast so kudos to them!
This location is a stain on the chipotle name I lived in Colorado for 20 years and this has been hands down the worst experience ever they need to change the name to salt with some extra salt I’ve been here four times now hoping for the taste I was used to but no matter the staff of time of day the food is just bad no quality control if you’re looking for high blood pressure this is the place for you if you’re looking for the fresh food you get in the Midwest run
This place has steadily gotten worse in terms of service the last 2 year. In the last 6 months I've had 4 online orders that were totally wrong. Today I waited 20minutes past the stated pickup time only to get someone else's order.
I use to eat here regular!? Last two times I ordered I got ONLY HALF of the meat I use to get!!! What happened???
