Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got to the line and the guy with glasses was taking his time like if he didn’t care I was there waiting then he proceeded to start giving me my food so little food by the way the he proceeded to take my cousin order which he gave him less food than me then he placed our order where other toppings are and he started taking another family order and left us there waiting and there was this other lady at the register which she was putting lipstick on while looking at us then she started dancing still just watching us waiting for someone to ask us what other toppings we wanted we literally was there standing just looking at our food through the glass we got tired of waiting for someone so we just left the branch and left the food there, this has been the worst experience I ever had at chipotle never again eating or coming to this location again.

One of the best chipotles in the area. Food was fresh, staff friendly, restaurant was clean. Best part is they didnt overcharge me for what I usually order there. This place is why I love chipotle ⭐

Never place a mobile order here. The staff withholds about 50% of the ingredients and charges you full price. They handle trash bins and go directly to handling food. 0/10, this is an absolute scam of a location.

Went in the order my food 3HRS Before they closed and they were pretty much out of EVERYTHING! NO CHIPS NO ONIONS/ PEPPER MIX, NO GUACAMOLE, NO MANNERS!!!! THEY BLACK YOUNG LADY WITH GLASSES WORKING THE REGISTER. WAS BEYOND RUDE. SHE THREW THE XTRA SAUCE I ASKED FOR.I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS AND SHE WAS VERY VERY COMBATIVE WITH ME. I think they need to be retrained in customer service, stop letting CHILDERN RUN ESATABLISHMENTS w/o better supervisor or proper training! Not be lazy and make the items that they are out. There was more than enough time before closing to make those items. Very very disappointing because in the area NOTHING IS open after 9pm. Gotta do better. Smh

Absolutely awful service. We ordered through Door dash and they messed up our orders, so we tried a redelivery, only for them to mess it up AGAIN! We had to go there in person and they offered to make it in front of our eyes but the manager nearly messed it up IN FRONT OF US! Like we couldn't see what she was making didn't match up with the receipt, even though the label said what was on it. Not impressed. Not coming back. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Store a little dirty and always out of dressing and fajita peppers. Fast service though

The lady could not understand English.. and then my chicken and steak was ice cold... I see the girls back there I thought they cooked it there but apparently not

No lo recomiendo porque ordeno con DoorDash y no llega completa la orden me faltaron los chips q ordené, mi plato llegó sin lechuga y como 4 pedazos de pollo los frijoles nose pero tenían un olor a quemado, y no me pusieron guacamole y eso es un costó extra, y también cuando uno llega al lugar igual no tienen todos los sides siempre falta alguno de los que ordeno por eso no lo recomiendo para nada este chipotle en especial.
