Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been coming for over two years to this chipotle location and for the first time I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. I really have to give a huge shout out to Ramadan because he made all the difference today. Made me feel extremely special and just a phenomenal customer experience. I hope the managers really give this young man some sort of certificate of appreciation and gratitude. Ramadan, thank you so much for your wonderful spirit, dedication and kindness.

We have never had issues with this chipotle before today. My husband order mobile which we usually do and when he arrived to get our food he was greeted very rudely by one of the workers yelling at him for attempting to take his food. The burrito bowls we ordered were absolutely disgusting. I don't know what was wrong tonight but the food was gross, I spit some out and could not finish it. It tasted sour. The bowls were covered in sour cream, like a disgusting amount of sour cream....I am wondering if this was to cover up whatever was wrong with the food. I would really like a follow up from management at the location because our food was inedible and we lost our money.

This will be my LAST visit to this Chipotle! Service was horrible went in 730pm Wednesday. I noticed lots of workers and how nasty the food line was some canister empty. I ordered a bowl i ask if there was more fajita mix? He turns to the cashier and ask "do we have fajita mix? She says nope we are out, I ask for lettuce.. well it was down to the end he scrapping with his hand to get every scrap I asked do you have any more lettuce? Before he could answer the cashier stated this bowl looks perfect,it has 3,3,3 i said I’m not sure what that means BUT it NOT perfect because there's NO fajita mix! She spoke under her breath ..but my daughter and I heard her say, “these” people I should have stayed at the other store. I walked over to get a fork and that area was the worst as well no napkins nothing was filled . I noticed a broken bottle of hot sauce on the floor there was a mother and her son a toddler eating I turned and said.. hey you all have a broken bottle over here everyone looked at me like yeah we know we'll get it. I was hoping no one would fall or get cut. I saw glass everywhere from the bottle, I work in the hospital, I can see them coming in my ER with cuts., from a fall.Needless to say this is my neighborhood Chipotle but I will never go there again! Nasty!!

The food was bland, no flavor. They gave very little protein. Good customer service though.

They ran out of all chicken and bowls, this was at lunch time so they should have been somewhat prepared for a rush. Definitely a lower class chipotle compared to others in the area.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to on multiple occasions. Portions small, incorrect orders, staff doesn't acknowledge you. Maybe a management or owner issue? I don't know but I will not be back again, or else that'll be my fault for expecting better. Drive to a different location for a better experience. This is the first bad review I have ever left in my entire life, but it needs to be done. Don't waste your time, energy or money here.
