Chipotle Mexican Grill

Have never seen chipotle this bad. Looks like staff is trained to serve less. The bowl is filled just closer to half. 10$ for this bowl is just waste of money. I have never seen such low amount of chicken added. And manager has zero customer service qualities.

Extremely salty pepper and onion stir fry in both my orders .Poor/No Customer service for reorder .

First visit to Chipotle. I like the selections . The food is very satisfying and very tasty. I will be back . Thanks much

This place is filthy. The portions laughable and the chicken not cooked. Ownership must be terrible

Terrible! I hate when workers look/expect a tip when it's not earned. I hadn't been here in a while but was a regular a couple years ago, at least once a week. Today I was not greated, rushed with no one behind me. The Sofritas was off, lettuce wilted, soggy bowl, guacamole was brown, so I passed and the kicker was the vinegaret. I was way to sweet and not enough vinager. Terrible. Will not come back until you have better staff. Not Chipotle standards at this location.

The staff here is oblivious to customer satisfaction. One employee was cleaning the floor and each time they moved the chair it shrieked like nails on a chalkboard. We asked them to stop. Apparently the staff didn’t like that and decided to ruin our experience by turning the music up so loud we couldn’t hear each other. We asked them to turn it down and called them out on their childish behavior. When asked where the manager was “I am”. And what is your name? I don’t have to tell you that was the response. I guess the staff doesn’t understand that yea your feelings are important but my money is paying for this establishment to stay open and you cannot treat us like that. I have never in my 46 years ever been treated so rude by wait staff. Shame on you. You need retraining. And when we reached out to corporate we got an “I’m sorry I will look into this”. It’s been a week and nothing. We are done with chipotle.

Staff is lazy, fast food is basic.

You take an online order during business hours and charge credit card. Then you are closed at 630 on a Thursday when we got to pick it up. What the hell. Still awful. No adult supervision. Dinner time and food isn't prepared. Covid is over and still awful.

Barely filled the bowl.. no idea why so stingy for a full paid meal! Staff was not polite.. and counter was filthy. Definitely not a regular Chipotle experience!
