Chipotle Mexican Grill

They ran out of cheese. How is that even possible. Got no cheese on my food and the meat wasn't seasoned. Disappointing.

The crew here was a trainwreck, the place is a mess, easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Screwed up our in-person orders in several ways. We ordered carnitas kids tacos for daughter… they were out of carnitas, so they just gave us empty tortillas. They were out of fruit side so gave us chips instead… then charged us for the chips. The servers don’t really speak English, so they can’t explain when there are issues. As I type this, a guy is trying to order a quesadilla, and they are saying no, but they can’t explain why. There are no forks or spoons, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, I could go on.

The cheese dip had so much flour in it, you could not taste the cheese. The flour was not even cooked completely.

Dirtiest chipotle ever. Food quality sucks! No consistency!

This is the worst ever chipotle to go to. Their food quality is bad, staff is unfriendly and rude. Will never go their again.

Who doesn't like Chipotle. I mean even South Park made an episode about how good Chipotle food is and the side effect that goes along with it right. Now the Chipotle I went to had a new burrito maker. They overstuffed my burrito causing the tortilla to burst in several places which caused them to rewrap but it was a ton of food with the typical Chipotle quality in taste. The music in there was a little funky but we ate and I survived.

the workers were rude and unsanitary . They Offered the person infront of me a free drink and dressing then tried to charge me $1 for one

how do you forget to add steak to a STEAK quesadilla? it’s not the first time this place has seriously screwed up, not to mention my sister finding a FLY in her burrito bowl. Never order from this place.

Every time I've been here they've been out of at least one main ingredient. Go to the one on buckeystown pike, it's managed much better.
