This is the 3rd order in a row where something is missing. This time I ordered a make your own taco kit for my daughter and they omitted the chicken and the tortillas. Previously they’ve forgotten drinks, ingredients, chips, you name it. I can understand it happening once, maybe even twice, but three times is ridiculous.
The people working here sucks, they didn’t mention what is not available when asked for a bowl, instead they just added whatever they have and charged me extra queso which I did not even ask for and they didn’t even put it in my order. Useless people, I am not sure how chipotle hires this kind of dumb people
Basically average chipolte, wasn't the cleanest dining area when I went by and drink area was also a mess. This last trip at 4 in the afternoon they were out of lettuce for salads and didnt expect to have any for the rest of the day. They were also out of the salad dressing. Looks like issues managing inventory.
My experience was so bad, im giving feedback before i even take a bite of my meal. It started with The irritable attitude when i was initally the only person in line. The protein portion size wasn't sufficient to what is taught in training, it was literally half a spoon of protein. I had to request a second scope to get sufficient amount. The second person rushed the toppings on the two bowls without even asking me if they were going to be the same. To add insult to injury, the store was COMPLETELY OUT of chips. AND The Poor Communication between the 2nd person and Cashier, that I was charged for two Carne Asada bowls when I only got one, the other was chicken. And they charged me for a extra scoop. Arguably the worse experience I have ever had at chipotle. I will drive out the way to the South Tryon location because there service is more consistent and friendly
