Chipotle Mexican Grill

Incredibly skimpy portions of protein here. Literally 2/3 of the meat you used to get at Chipotle prior to 2018, and cost has risen since then. For $13 I basically got a bowl of rice with some beans, a few morsels of chicken, and a bunch of salsa. The chips they gave me were all broken, about half were totally pulverized. Don't waste your money here

Messed up my order could not follow simple directions that were on the order, they did issue a refund however I would have to use the refund to reorder my meal didnt even try and remake it for me or help out in anyway!

I've been eating at Chipotle since the first one in the area opened on mall rd. I've NEVER had anyone charge me for sour cream until now. I ordered 3 small cheese quesadillas and 1 large chicken quesadilla and asked for 1 small sour cream per quesadilla and a side of corn. They charged me $8.50 for the sour cream telling me that anything 3 side s and more you have to pay for. When i asked her shouldnt i get the first 3 sides free, she got a bit nasty and said "well its food so it cost money" it didnt add up or make sense to me. She said that they were a certified training store so they HAVE to follow the rules. Once I got home I realized shed also charged me for chicken on all of the quesadillas, even the cheese ones. This is the 3rd time I've been over charged at this specific store so I will not be going back.

The staff was very nice, smiled, and were pleasant to converse with, which is highly uncommon these days. The area was clean to eat. Parking: Spaces available

This location constantly struggles with food quality, between burnt steak and rotten produce.... almost thought i was eat at hotheads for a moment.
