Chipotle Mexican Grill

Doors are locked at 11:30 on a Monday. People are inside and are completely ignoring us. I called the support team and they did absolutely nothing other than say they will contact leadership. I ordered and paid online...

Occasionally, the carnitas comes out all fat and is unenjoyable… otherwise it’s an exceptionally clean place with kind workers. Not much more you can ask for.

This was the only chipotle I could go to but now because of Adam I'll never be back. I have never been so disrespected in a filled restaurant before asking for more meat I am willing to pay for and the guy gives me a pinch and slides it. I ask for more and he snubs his nose up to me as if to tell me no and preceded to tell me the single total scoop he gave me was the correct amount. I was willing to even pay for it but he slung his head so hard it about knocked me down with hostility. I was so uncomfortable I even said I could leave to which he said fine go. I have never in my life been so disrespected in a restaurant. I don't understand how people so unqualified to be around the public are always interacting with it. I will never be back.

I order on Doordash a lot and I usually order at times when it's not too busy (like 3pm, etc) and I've gotten so many orders messed up. I'm guessing it's because they run out of something and don't make it when they need to for online orders. Today I got a bowl with no chicken! I would rather it be done right even if the wait is a bit over. I probably won't order chipotle again.
