I absolutely love Chipotle. I need the guacamole to be smooth and not salty. It's so good at every location and nothing seems to be consistent at the Danville location as far as taste. Sometimes the food will be so good and fresh and then, today it's so salty I can barely eat it. Are there not instructions in how to make the food each time?
This is my first time eating at this particular Chipotle and it was okay. Service was fine and the people were fine but my food was eh. I got a chicken burrito and chips. The tortilla was rubbery and I've never had that issue before and the chips were chewy. There were only a couple chips that were crunchy the whole way through. Some of them had one bite of crunch and then the rest was chewy. The inside of my burrito was great and my mother didn't have any problem with her entree because she got a burrito bowl instead of a tortilla. This won't keep me from going back there probably cuz it might have just been a one off, but it didn't make my supper the other night enjoyable. Parking: There's plenty of parking out front of the restaurant. The problem that I found with the parking lot is that it's a little tight around the corners and the placement of the dumpster is not ideal because it blocks your view of people coming in the tight entrance.
10/30 Update: Service has become more efficient. Cashier is friendly. The worker from my 8/30 experience created my salad bowl but it was different. Food is always excellently prepared. ------------------ Terrible service. Corporate must not care about this based from all of the negative feedback. 8/30/23. Do you know what it's like to keep my mouth shut to a worker preparing my food saying "I wish we would close at 9pm" when 3 teenagers came in just looking for food. So disappointed in management here. Also they ran out of lettuce at 8:30pm and had to give me taco lettuce. I don't know which is worse, not having lettuce or choosing to be a lowlife and not restock it.

What a change! We haven’t been to this location in some time due to lackluster visits. Overall experience, service and food quality were just not it. But a couple of weeks ago we gave it another shot while holiday shopping and I just want to say W O W. We were greeted when we walked in by a cheerful woman on staff. Our wait was short and every single employee we interacted with was so nice. It was clear towards the end that the cheerful woman who greeted us was the manager. She did a Quick on spot training moment with one of the employees. She was so kind to her and helpful. We had a great meal, food was delicious and on our way out we thanked the manager for a great time. She introduced herself, Ashley I am almost positive was her name. Anyway really great turn around. Thanks for the great visit.
The chicken was extremely salty, rice sticky, corn sitting on top of the sour cream. Will never go back again.
I ordered my food online tonight and I was late picking it. So I walk-in standing waiting to be acknowledged there was a young lady stocking the condiments, another one fixing a burrito, and and the third one walks by to look and see what food needed to be restocked and didn’t say anything finally after standing for at least 3 to 5 minutes the lady that’s making the burrito says someone will be with me shortly and no one was in front of me there were no customers in line now I love Chipotle but this nonprofessional workers will not only stop me from coming but others as well
Ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole and a small soda. Was charged for steak burrito with extra steak. I tried to talk to the cashier about the issue l, but was told that my package indicated steak. She didn’t even investigate to verify my complaint. She did not even consult the manager. I paid $24.69 for a chicken burrito and drink.
