Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time we get chipotle from this place it’s always wrong. Most of it is missing or they add something I didn’t even say. Screwed up my 4/20 :(

The two females working (making burrito and the other ringing out) were extremely rude. 2:50 April 19th. They didn't say a word to me, and acted inconvenienced when I asked her to put the dressing on my burrito. When I asked for a fountain drink, they both looked at eachother and laughed. Absolutely no customer service skills.

One of the worst Chipotle ever. They don't honor their posted hours. If you want to close at 9:30PM, that's fine. Nobody would fault care most restaurants close at 9:30PM. But don't advertise your hours one way then close at another time.

Don’t believe the new “NOW OPEN UNTIL 11.”My girlfriend went in at 9:55 and was rudely told they were closed: Even after pointing to the sign that clearly stated they had an hour and 5 minutes before close. So tell me why instead of eating chipotle like I planned for dinner, why I had settle for the pack of ramen I had in the cabinet?

Always an issue, from pop machines going down, to running out of lettuce, to the system shutting down which happened today…..throw the whole place away

Ordered online delivery through the Chipotle app. There is no secret that online orders get skimmed on portion size. However, this is beyond egregious. I ordered a normal size veggie bowl, and only one half of the bowl was filled. As you can see, only ingredients were put on one side of the bowl since the other half is completely clean, and didn't slide to just one side during delivery.

So let me get this right, sign says open until 11 but your manager/employees dictate whatever time they want to close. So sometimes it's 9, sometimes it's 10.

You’re joking, how hypocritical. “Now open until 11pm” but they close the doors 5 minutes before 9:00pm. if you do get your feet in before 8:40 best believe no food will be offered to you. They’re “all out”…. At least change the hours on google.. cause this isn’t the first time this has happened. Nor is it the 2nd or 3rd.

I was there at 9:45pm and they were closed when the hours said 11pm. There was a staff member hiding in the back.
