Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am very upset and disappointed with Chipotle Countryside, they serve less and less food, very little meat, little salad, very little everything, that doesn't happen in other Chipotles, I'm going to complain everywhere if they don't serve just enough

Consistently the best Mexican take-out around. My fave is the bowl!

This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. The food is smeared all over the counters. Food prep being done by dirty dishes. Drinks area was filthy and I had to try three different nozzles before I found one in working order. Staff are miserable at not friendly in the least. Never again!!

Standard Chipotle experience...

The food was super greasy, the tables were absolutely disgusting, and the staff were rude from the start.

Food is good but the place is so dirty and the employees are rude and always act like you're bothering them. I go often and see them eating but they refuse to clean anything. Sorry for trying to give you my money

Would give zero stars if possible. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Manager is rude. If you're miserable and hate your job - consider doing literally anything else.

Dirty…..7 workers, no customers, place was disgusting.

Love Chipotle. Just not this one. Service was okay. Smaller portions than what we get at other Chipotles. People seemed also so so friendly. I like what Gulf to Bay Chipotle does. They give you large portions and are friendlier and don't rush you through the line. I don't like when people are rushing me like I am holding things up or slowing down production. Thats bad service. I know they are busy but I don't want to feel like a piece of meat either. That is a complete dis. Customer service should include not letting the fact that you are packed with people, cause you to bring down your friendliness or patience. These are simple qualities to correct in staff. Now they may have massive staff turn over but I think it is an easy practice to ensure is followed. Still I love the food and its different than any other fast food place. So I put their food at the top of the fast food food chain. The service can be better. I love the newer exotic drinks and free refills. Great idea and its a bonus. Keep up teh great work. Work on the staff training part and you will remain the best.
