Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered via app today and my burrito bowls were 40% full. The meat was burned and my bowl was sloppy. They put a half spoon of rice. Ordered two tortillas and they was hard and stale. Skimpy portion sizes for the same or more price wise. Avoid this Chipotle at all cost. Save your energy, go to the canton location on Ford rd near 275 or Ann Arbor on Washtenaw. I tried this location and will go back to the Ann Arbor one. I drove all the way home only for my food to be not at chipotle standards. Staff need to be trained by employees at better locations. Asked for vinaigrette and only received a teaspoon size amount for a burrito bowl. If the owner wants to cut cost, portion size skimping isn’t the way to go. I will take my business to a better location. Staff at window had a terrible attitude. Very unhelpful. Person who remade my food had a better attitude in the inside.

Busy location. Staff was diligently working the chain. After waiting in line, one of them announced 2 staple items are finished for the day. It was only 5pm. There were no sub-ins allowed. After wasting 20 minutes in line, I was still glad I didn't waste another 20 for my turn to be told items not there. Location was clean.

Slow service, unclean. We abandoned our order half way through the burrito build. After starting our order we waiting 10 minutes after the meat and beans were added. After looking around at the unclean counters and floors we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Food was excellent. Personnel were very efficient and friendly.

My issue with this chipotle location was the food in general, after eating the night before the following day I got sick with food poisoning. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl I believe the whole staff needs to be retrained, and how to properly cook the chicken, as well as serving temperatures for the condiments which they should check regularly. The service and atmosphere was great. It was the food that got me sick.

If I could give this place a zero I would; the customer service is horrible and they act like you are inconveniencing them by going in and ordering food. We ordered dinner this evening and the woman was so extremely rude to my mom, who kept getting skipped over mid-order, and when my mom said something the woman very rudely asked if she wanted something- after of course ignoring her and moving to the next person. On top of all that when my mom finally was able to finish her order the woman gave her maybe a tablespoon of meat, toppings, and veg, as retaliation for having the nerve to ask for her order to be finished. No wonder the reviews were so bad

Went in to order dinner...the workers were talking anf didn't even ask me if I wanted to order.. they rished me the whole time and messed up my order.. left out items that I bought extra.. would I've zero stars if possible... get workers who actually would like to work...
