Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food tasted good as usual. I'm happy it's so close to home. The inside and outside looked clean from what I could tell and they prepar our meals quickly and their work stations were very clean. Nothing worth complaining about, all in all we were satisfied.

The customer service at this restaurant is so bad, didn’t communicate with me and let me know that the FIRST scoop if guac cost extra same with the queso. $16 for a bowl that wasn’t even filled up is crazy to me. I would not recommend.

Just arrived for our online order to find out they gave our order away with out checking proof of payment manager was rude waited 20 mins for food that was ordered over 25 mins earlier No sorry or anything Such a shame they hire a manager that will end a reputation such as chipotle Will never be coming to this location again.

I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I believe my review will help so that in the future we can keep ordering from here. The rice wasn’t fully cooked so the two kids meals that I got I couldn’t give to my kids. And the three adult orders also had the uncooked rice and the flavor was far from delicious which is what we’re used to. I know this location is pretty news so I can imagine that you guys are trying to get everything in order but maybe slowing down and making sure that everything is at least cooked right, I think would be a good start.

I like this place their rice an beans are better than I've had in a long time Their portions are very good. The service has been very nice. I would give a recommendation to any one who asked
