Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the worst and unclean Chipotle I've ever visited. The food was decent like other places but the store is not well maintained. First of all the meal preparation place is so dirty that everyone's bowl was smeared with guacamole/other food stuffs to their bottom of their bowl. All the tables were already used and dirty. The branch manager should have maintained the cleanliness of the place.

Every surface was covered in filth. You can tell they never clean or sweep! No thanks

Rice was undercooked, forgot drink and queso for my chips. Staff was not pleasant.

This location is often not available for online ordering. When they are available, the food is very often not ready for 10+ minutes after the pick up time. There are times where I've placed an order only to find that it's missing items. When I talk to an employee, they'll explain that they're out of the item, which is understandable, but they didn't refund the price of the item and refused to do so upon request. Instead, I have to talk to corporate to get the refund issued.

UPDATE 1/24 This place has become an epic disaster. The inside is always a mess. Some items are only available through online orders. Most of the food is never available. Soft drinks are empty. Trash piled onto the garbage bins way beyond the threshold. Please hire a good manager to run this place. This place used to be so good. I will not come back to this place until I see an "Under New Management" sign. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Whenever you want to go to Chipotle, it's not open or closed. 12:30 pm on a Tuesday? Closed. 6 pm on a random Thursday or Friday closed. Always during peak hours. When it's it's open, there's always an issue. Oh you want rice? Sorry only people who order online can have rice. Fair enough, we ordered online and sat and waited for them to make it. Ownership should consider closing this place or consider new management. This place has become a disaster.

This is my local Chipotle I go almost every day for lunch. The manager Chris is EXCEPTIONAL. I am a business owner and the owner of this location needs to know how professional and skilled Chris is. He handles every issue promptly and manages his team very well. I have years of management experience and he is someone I'd gladly hire to work for me. There were several times where young employees would get confused or frustrated and he remained calm and guided them properly. They noticeably felt better after Chris helped them. I've also seen Chris handle huge orders while a long line is waiting. He's fast, accurate and professional with customers. Great job Chris you deserve a bonus brother! I'll be a lifetime customer!

Dirty and always slow and running behind.

This location on Grand River only had three workers and the guy named Tory was newer. He was so sweet and just had a wonderful attitude despite it being busy. I just wanted to give him recognition for being a great employee.
