Nice place, great service.
worst chipotle i’ve been to always out of stuff and gives terrible portions , managements horrible
Hit or Miss, some days it’s really fresh & good, other days the food is really bad, meaning overcooked meat or dry rice and vegetables.
BOYCOTT!! This is a national issue with Chipotle. Their portions sizes have been cut in half. I went in today and got a bowl that was half full. I was given half a spoonful of rice and half a spoonful of beans. Rice and beans are two of the cheapest products IN THE WORLD. Chipotle’s corporate greed is extremely disturbing. I will NEVER give another dollar to Chiptole ever again and I urge everyone to stop supporting this monstrosity.
I have been to this establishment on at least 5 occasions and they NEVER have Honey Vinaigrette dressing. When I finally asked why, the worker told me “they don’t have the staff to make it”, even though I saw 3 workers in the back on their phones and laughing amongst themselves. Last time, they didn’t have sour cream, lettuce, chicken, or white rice… seriously? I find this pretty ridiculous. Also, where are the forks and other utensils at the drink station? Napkins? Nowhere to be found. Get your workers to do something instead of standing around!
This is a classic case of a place that on a national and local level has fallen off. They cheap out on the amount of food you get and what food you do get is nowadays weirdly cold and wet. I've varied between burritos and bowls and it's consistently been poor quality AND quantity for a couple years now. I also will say the tortilla chips range between "eh acceptable to "stale AND awful." I stopped ordering from Qdoba because they got rid of the proper vegetarian "meat" option but based on my last few experiences I'd rather get Taco Bell than Chipotle. Seriously, what happened to this company and the location in BG? Vegetarian options: Decent but overpriced.
WORST Chipotle in America. Seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers who could care less if you're there. Tried to order food. They were out of multiple items, per usual. However, they had the items on the back line and refused to put them on the front line because online orders are apparently more important.
