Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. Almost no chicken in my chicken bowl and steak was extremely chewy.

Fresh ingredients, loved the barbacoa!

Everything is good, BUT too spicy!!!

Went there Sunday for the kids taco meal and it must of been a new guy. He said they were out of kids trays and asked if he could put it all in one bowl and i said sure. Then this other lady employee came to ring me up and she told him he has to put everything in a separate container. I told her I didn’t mind. She threw the fist order out and then started putting all my items in their own separate containers. A little excessive no?! I think I’m over chipotle. That seemed very uncalled for.

DO NOT GO HERE they normally get your order wrong and when the food is actually right the food is not good i was just here and i had to wait 25 minutes and it said before i got there that it would only take about 15 minutes.

I feel like I always have issues with the Bonney lake location. Rice is consistently undercooked, stale chips, missing items, etc. I put in an order through door dash and 20 minutes later they tell the driver that they won’t make my order even after it was confirmed and charged me card. What’s up with this location?

Awful experience. Every other time I place an online order they somehow seem to mess it up. So tired of incompetent people who can’t read an online order and double check to make sure everything is in the order. And then you have to use your own time and energy tracking down the stupid order number so you can talk to some computer that doesn’t know how to fix the problem. Pepper is awesome. Not. Done with this.
