Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered delivery from the Chipotle app and ordered double steak/extra protein and barely received one portion. For $22 this is insane for what is essentially a bowl of rice and beans. Will not order from here again. Feel cheated.

The past three times I have come to this Chipotle I have paid for a cup only for all of the sodas to be flat. There’s no point in even bringing it up to the cashier because your bowl has certainly already sat on the line for 5-minutes because they are backed up and trying to batch orders while one poor employee works as fast as they can and their fellow employees stand and watch. Chipotle, ya’ll are killin’ me, Smalls. Help your employees so that they aren’t overwhelmed and overworked.

The worst customer service ever, never going back to this location again!

Disappointing experience at this Chipotle location! Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant, but the service was subpar. The staff made several mistakes with our orders: - My friend was charged for guacamole he didn't order. - I was given a half scoop of everything, making my burrito almost a kids' meal size. - I was charged for double meat despite asking for just a little extra (which is usually free). - When we pointed out the mistakes the employees started started yelling at us. To top it off, we didn't receive our receipts and change, and when we went back to ask for them, the staff claimed they had already given them to us. The mistakes and terrible customer service ruined our experience. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We hope Chipotle takes steps to improve the service and accuracy at this location, it is needed!

They deleted my negative review! What kind of 1984 type world is this? North korea type shi. I cant even leave negative reviews here? How is that allowed?

Got chips and guac today at approx 2:40 PM, Saturday, June 22nd. My god, this guac is by far the best it’s ever been. I really hope you keep whoever made this guac on the guac making shift. It’s so good that I didn’t even mind the chips being as bland as they usually are (more salt + lime please). This Chipotle is so often hit or miss but today was clearly a hit.
