Chipotle

This is my second time coming to this location & more than 3 items being unavailable. Also both times I’ve come around 5:30-6pm and I order a salad where I’m informed at the register they don’t have vinaigrette. Odd you wouldn’t inform a customer when they order a salad that you all don’t have dressing for it. Tonight when I went I asked what were they all out of before ordering and was told they had no white rice, steak, chips, vinaigrette, or fajita veggies. Maybe they should inform customers,again, prior to ordering as to what all they don’t have, online as well.

I ordered to pick up through my Door Dash App. One person didn't appear to be in uniform and dressed too sexy for work? Very unprofessional conversations going on. The food was GREAT but the environment was not appealing. Then when I got home a hiring flier was in my bag. They definitely need to hire a staff that's takes pride in working at Chipotle. This is the newest location in my area. The only reason I will go back is because of the food and would never eat in. Parking: I found it easy to find parking.

I really don't know why this place is rated so low. It is a little dirty inside, but even with that, I wouldn't call it a mess. Service was great and friendly and my mobile order was correct and ready on time. The rice was also cooked and the food tasted great. I will be frequenting this location whenever I crave Chipotle. The next nearest one is miles away! Vegetarian options: The have guacamole, rice, beans, salsas, etc.

The store only takes Mobile orders and the longest wait of all time. I could have sat down at a restaurant and received faster service!Employees eat chips while making them. Store is a disaster, and the employees are taking their sweet time with absolutely zero sense of urgency. Took 30 minutes to get 3 tacs ready. Worst Chipotle experience, I can recall! Don't waste your time at this location it's 2.5 stars for a reason!

They run out of food kind of fast right before closing.

I been passing by chipotle often for the last few weeks hoping it wasn't online orders only. But, chipotle fails to impress and is still online orders only. I refuse to do online orders because they never get the order right.

went 3 different days recently at different times and they are ALWAYS out of something. my bowl yesterday was so damn nasty, the rice was undercooked and CRUNCHY. they were out of the bell peppers n onions and the chicken and steak tasted unseasoned. this gotta be the worst chipotle in memphis. do not waste your time, it’s a reason they don’t have the number to this location posted.

Staff was rude and rushed. We ordered for four people, but they mixed everything. They didn't have veggies or cup holders, and the restaurant was dirty. It was an unpleasant experience.

Worse Chipotle ever. I’ve come here multiple times just for them to not be ready for any customers after opening. What’s the point of opening. Today there was food ready but not enough I guess as they were only accepting online orders. They keep wasting my time and very inconsistent.
