Food was bland and made me sick
Probably my worst experience with any Chinese restaurant. First of all, the $35 dinner buffet is barely worth $15, there were very few items. We went there at 8 pm, they said the buffet runs until 9pm, but when we went to pick up the food, most of the dishes were already over and they didn’t refill. No waiter came to our table nor offered any drinks or anything, we had to go and ask someone for water. Felt like we were eating some leftover food. When we went to pay the bill and mentioned about ours issues, didn’t seem like they are convinced, rather asked us what food we did not get there, their behavior were unprofessional, and rather racist I would say, were very busy reminding us about the tips which they don’t deserve at all. Overall, I would be happy if I could give negative ratings.
$35 buffet, what a joke! The food doesn’t worth even $5, even they did not bother to refill, only a few items. During the check out when I said that the trays were nearly empty, the front desk lady’s behavior was very rude. Now there comes the funny part. She kept asking for tips when the check was being signed, and taught that typically customers leave 15% tip. Well the tip is actually a voluntary options and depends on the quality of service. Someone please educate her on this. I don’t know how come she managed to get this job that I have no idea at all. I think the restaurant owner should take proper action to make sure customers do not experience such kind of harassment….
Great food and great service. Went there for an Easter buffet.
I like the decor and the warm atmosphere. The food was excellent and our server, Kyle, was both friendly and fficient.
