Chili's Grill & Bar

Went there for the first time there was not a lot of people but it took about 15 mins and no server came to us.. we did see the severs talking with customers, but she was more than chit chatting while we was waiting..so we decided to get up and leave.. would i go back again,,,dont think so.

I went to this place yesterday for the first time with my friend, but we had to leave without eating because they didn't want to serve us. The waitress was too busy talking to the customer, and I was waiting and waiting for 15 minutes or more, and nobody came to us to see if we were served I will never go to this place ever again

Monday 3/4 ordered take out. I got the Santa Fe salad with crispy chicken. Picked up the food and when I got home it looked disgusting. 4 large pieces of lettuce stem; not leafy at all, which took up most of the container. Rest of the lettuce was dirty and slimy. Two tiny pieces of crispy chicken. Save your money and go somewhere else. As a side note- I see the manager replies to all these reviews with some link. Instead of spending time on the internet. Spend some in your restaurant.

I want to make sure to credit our server, Greg, who did what he could to ensure a positive experience. That aside, our meal at Chili's disappointed. Our table was dirty and the bench seats had sticky spots. We had to ask for flatware and had to make a separate request for napkins. The cedar salads with extra dressing were served with no dressing on the salad and a small container on the side. Lastly, our bill was incorrect. For the gluten free: they do not offer a gluten free bun; limited g-free options
