Got that 3 4 10 meal

Food was good, server was nice, but they refused to cash out my gift card that had $3 left on it. California law requires that they cash out a gift card below $10, but they blatantly refused. Said that restaurants don’t do that. ‍♀️

Just an absolute disaster of a restaurant. Had to ask for items at the table 4-5x. We waited an hour for our food only to realize it was just sitting in the window the whole time (noted by the extremely hot plates, hot lettuce in salads and cold/chewy chicken) even after we asked how it was looking. Our server fully disappeared. No idea where she went after our food was delivered. No drink refills, no check/bill delivered. We easily could have just walked out and should have as half of the group didn’t even eat- and they didn’t get a box because our server went missing… just a true nightmare. Chilis isn’t nostalgic anymore, it’s nightmare fuel.

Horrible. 45 minute wait just to sit at the bar that had 12 seats open...

ordered chilis to go from the Temecula Chili’s off of Ynez Road. Make sure you never go here. You would think with an affluent area like Temecula that you would have good quality food. The food was terrible and they skimp on all my portions. The french fries were cold and soggy, lettuce on my burger was disgusting and dirty tasting and the Nashville chicken that I ordered was skimpy at best. I had basically three chicken strips that were normal and three that were more like nuggets. Totally disappointed. Never go to Temecula Chili’s.

Great place friendly staff, good food n brew

We have become regulars. The staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and that our meals are just the way we like them. It's a bit like "Cheers".
