Chili's Grill & Bar

Hadn't been to chili's in years, decided to go today before work and try the new burgers, my burger was pink I don't eat pink burgers, my daughter told them no bacon on her sliders and they came to her with bacon, sent them back and then they gave her very pink, not done sliders, the queso dip is too thick no flavor, the best thing we had were the drinks, chili's is a NO for me🤮

Waited maybe 20-30 minutes to be seated but Food was really good drinks were good but took 30-1hour to get drinks.

I had a young waitress who served me by the bar at a booth. I asked for lemon and sugar for my iced tea and she never brought it. I saw her in the kitchen laughing and talking to other waitresses and even pointing in my direction. I asked her again for my lemon and sugar. She brought it eventually. She wasn’t on top it if at all. She was unprofessional. If we can see you chatting, pointing at customers and laughing then you have time to do your job right. My fries were over cooked and burnt. Way too crunchy. The ketchup bottle was empty. The burger was greasy, and for the thousand island dressing you couldn’t taste it in the burger. Why is the lettuce and onion diced up in a burger? For the three for $10 that’s a joke because only three items are offered for that price while the rest is more. Felt like false advertising. Still was charged $11.65.

Good food

Even though they were busy because of Mothers Day weekend the food was great. My server was Excellent and attentive and my Henny Margarita was Excellent. Me and my five children had the best time. Please go see my girl Shelly she is the bomb

Not the Chili's it was 20 yrs ago. Not worth the $$

Hostess no where to be found waited 5 min at door.. finally asked waitress if we seated ourselves she went an got hostess.. she appeared looking at her phone the whole time.. server came got our drink order.. water an coffee.. 10 min later she peeks out from kitchen then realizes she forgot us.. comes out with 2 waters.. asked about coffee said she is making it.. takes our order leaves someone else brings our food we ask about the coffee again.. finally 1/2 way thru lunch specials brings coffee.. 2 different couples came in while we were sitting sat at the bar and finally got up and left.. people coming in an turning around walking out.. Bar had plates an glasses all over nobody cleaning up.. barmaid wasn't behind the bar 85% of the time... they weren't really that busy so I don't know what the problem was.. not sure if I will ever go back... Chilis used to be great place to go but not anymore

I would cook every night 365 before I eat garbage & deal with big back’s attitude.

We stopped in for lunch on our way home to Duluth. We were sat in Danny’s section and he got sat about 6 tables all within minutes of each other. He is hands down probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He was so wonderful to everyone in his section including us.

Services was sweet
