Had a lovely server with dyed hair named James, they did great :)
I feel super basic showing up. like do I need a mask? don't get a picture of me, please. then I remember I'm not famous. so I grab my food and leave. it's ok.
Good food. Great service!
Updated 1/20/24: Updated all my stars to 5 stars! Fabulous service. Food was perfect. They've definitely worked hard to improve both the food and service because we had ZERO complaints or issues. Previous review: We dined at the 470 and Kipling location. Fairly early in the evening-6:30 pm. It wasn't very busy in the dining room so we were sat immediately. Our server was a top notch server. Brandi worked very hard and efficiently to make certain everything was hot and that we were happy with our dishes. She should be a corporate server trainer because her skills and level of care should be the benchmark of all Chili's servers. The dinner salad was fantastically fresh. Cajun shrimp pasta was perfect. My spicy shrimp tacos were cooled and not what I would consider spicy but they still were quite tasty! I do have to say that the support staff/runners that are meant to back the servers up were pretty poor and didn't back her up very well. They had the personality of a box. No eye contact. No inquiries as to whether we were happy. It came across as an attitude that says, 'I really do not care. This is just a paycheck.' We had chips and salsa that the salsa came out in a paper to-go container and most of the chips were tiny fragments with over half being quite burnt. They missed all of the extras like sour cream, ranch dressing, etc. However, overall it was a nice, relaxing evening out. And the mishaps really aren't worth fishing offer. Brandi is an absolute rock star!! We would definitely ask for her again.
Best service. Everything was delicious.
Chilli's is the bootleg cheesecake factory, and it's awesome.
