Horrible service and overall experience - my family arrived and hostess lazily showed us our seat with barely any sort of welcome. From the point my family was seated, we waited over 20 minutes and decided to leave when not a single waiter or waitress came to our table to take even our drink orders. We finally left after the waitress went to the other tables with people who arrived several minutes after we arrived. The chili's sign wasn't even on. Terrible experience all around. Will not be visiting again in the future.
