Even though, I asked my server if I can have the 3 for me which was around 3PM and ends at 4PM she said no. So instead I ordered a meal and a bowl of chilly. When I was done with the meal I asked for the check and she told me I had to tip her to pay her for her job. What I ordered was around $26 in total but that jumped to $31 with the tip. I understand a waiter serves food and is upfront with guests but its ridiculous how I was forced with guilt to pay her a tip for doing her job. Don’t come here when American restaurants like this Chili’s can’t pay their workers and just serve food that’s heated. And I advise this Chili’s to inform their guests before coming in, about having to pay their server if they choose to dine here.
The food was not at all good. The service was poor. My server was busy talking to other people, they didn’t come and ask if I need anything. After I was done eating my appetizer, I asked for the cheque and to get the cheque also, I waited for like 15 minutes, then I had to ask other server for it. I gave my credit card, I again waited for 10 minutes, ultimately I got to the server to collect my card. Bad experience. Not going again.
Service is incredibly slow, even when there are very few patrons inside. There is also often nobody waiting at the host stand, and finding someone to assist other than the single bartender is difficult.
I attempted to have lunch here after a few hours of shopping with my son. Horrible! We came during a weekday at 1pm, really empty! The service was slow and there was a gnat in my son’s salad! The waitress had the audacity to ask if wanted another, he declined politely. We had our appetizer wings and I ordered a margarita. The entrees come out and my quesadilla explosion salad with crispy chicken was horrible! The chicken was rubbery and undercooked! The cheese quesadillas were cold! I spit the chicken out and informed the waitress I was not satisfied. My son didn’t like his chicken sandwich, we were completely unsatisfied. I informed the waitress we would pay for the appetizer and drinks and we would take the check. The manager, Steven, came over completely rude and told me what he was NOT going to do. He told me he would take the salad off and nothing else. Customer service training is highly needed! Never again!
Never Eating here again. Slow service. Wrong orders. Missing items. Orders not sent to the kitchen. More than an hour waiting for food to come out. All for my food to come with a long disgusting hair wrapped in the rice and for the manager to come out and act as if I'm the 1 with the problem. Save your time, save your money and potentially your stomach. Don't eat here.
