Brooklyn was a wonderful server. The chicken was very tender and moist. The white queso was great and the chips fresh and warm

I wasn’t planning on going to this location because I had bad experiences in the past and this time around I am honestly, still not impressed at all. It is a decent place I guess if you want to stop in and need a quick bite but absolutely not for a date, special occasion, or family. Our order came out the first time confused with another order. The second time, the waitress had apparently not taken my order properly and put in for 8 wings instead of 16. It took about 18 minutes for me to get the drink I had ordered. The food was meh, my first 8 wings were perfect with sauces but over cooked and hurt my teeth to bite. The second set of 8 wings was barely any sauce on them at all. Everything was just very subpar and I would not expect anything less of such a low cost chain restaurant. I definitely don’t appreciate us spending $60+ (full cost) on a meal that was messed up twice but I definitely won’t return there any way.

Service was dreadfully slow. Food was good but the fries were old and at room temperature. Obviously they don't care and my meager tip was commensurate to their lack of caring.

When you don't have the ingredients mentioned on menu, you should tell the customer before you serve what ever you have. I asked for an AVOCADO grill chicken sandwich and a cesar salad. They brought me a chicken sandwich, no avocado. When I asked for the , the waitress when back to the kitchen and came back with a little scoop of guacamole because they didn't have avocado. I didn't say anything at that moment. Then I found out, that also my little, and when I said little its was the smallest cesar salad I ever had in my entire life, was made with iceberg, which I'm not suppose to eat because of medical conditions. But they also forgot to mention. I feel like, I don't want to come back ever again. And of course I'll tell my friends and family my bad experience
