Got door dash for a surf ribeye one of my favorite things to get but it didn't come with the the surf an the steak rare an it was more well done

We just had an awesome lunch! The food was great and our sever Patricia was phenomenal, she was super friendly and very attentive. I had a lunch burger and fries. It was delicious and I got a Diet Coke, chips and salsa, burger and fries for $10.99. What a deal and the food and service was wonderful.

I was in here yesterday and I'm sad to report that this place has really gone down hill. The food was bad, as was the service and the prices are out of control. I ordered the new smashburger and it was awful. The patty wasn't smashed and had no char and the bun was old and stale. We barely saw our waitress. I sat with an empty drink for most of my meal. It's a shame - I used to really like this restaurant, but I won't be back.

We enjoyed our meal! Visiting for Canada we enjoyed the authentic American experience with our friends ❤️

Very nice place and atmosphere

Wow, smh, on this bad reviews .food .Service was great for us Must try mozzarella Nashville cheese stick Steak cook perfectly Burger was huge, fresh juicing Appetizers were delicious, too Our waiter was nicely friendly The manager was tentative .we got 2 Cajun pasta to go kids favorite !!!! Burger is better bigger than these chains Burger joint. And cheaper, too

Awesome food and staff

server was freindly. had to ask her and 3 other servers to get a refill and the water tasted awful. food was ok. place was ok. Definitely looking like an older restaurant now. The place just seems like it's seen better days. Not dirty but not clean either. The walls have that been painted way to many times look.

Fajita steak came out bloody and freezing cold, I sent it back and the manager came out and tried to make me feel stupid by saying this is how it’s supposed to be, that the skillet cooks the meat. My skillet was so cold I could place my hand on it and just leave it there, in what world is that going to cook meat? The manager is a mess.

I got food poisoning here after taking a couple bites of my black burn burger that was burnt to hell and back. Server was super sweet and got it taken off the bill and got us free dessert, so at least there was that. Disappointing that the quality of the food has really plummeted tho

Unbelievably better than McDonald’s big Mac meal. For the $10.99 value the amount of food that you receive from Chili’s is unbelievable and filling the three for me is the best in the area for getting a burger. I personally enjoyed the original burger added for $1.50 avocado I’m sorry guacamole And minus the onions included everything else on the sandwich. The french fries were delicious. They were hot and I got a salad as my third item with their absolutely delicious citrus vinaigrette. The portions of food were unbelievable and for the price McDonald’s does not come close. This is a better deal a better meal and our waitress was absolutely fantastic. I totally enjoyed the diet Coke product without ice and it just hit the spot. I cannot wait to come again for the delicious meal. Returning a month later and re-ordering the three for me, Neil with my favorite son-in-law, we were served by a wonderful waitress by the name of Sarah the french fries my son-in-law had were way too seasoned with just plain salt and pepper so Sarah went back and got him another Fries and replaced mine as well with no grumbling or problem and I was deeply impressed by her kindness. The food here is really really good and I said it’s better than McDonald’s. It’s a great value and it’s absolutely delicious and you have to try the citrus balsamic vinaigrette. It is out of this world, five stars again for me.

We had a birthday dinner for my daughter this last Saturday September 14th... Chili's was able to accommodate a group of 35 people with ease..The service was excellent the food was delicious and our host/server did an amazing job..Especially with the amount of people we had and the fact that we had multiple tickets...I highly recommend this establishment.. We where very pleased with everything!! We had our food orders taken and served in a very timely manner and the over all service and atmosphere was excellent!!! 10/10 😁😁 kudos to you Chili's 🌶️..😁😁
